Assistant Branch Manager – Westchase
Reports to Branch Manager – Westchase
Partial Summary – Assists the Branch Manager in building member
relationships and ensuring that each member receives superior
service. Cross sells products and services. Provide leadership
to staff, especially teller training/coaching and performance
monitoring. Responsible for teller duties, opening of new
and servicing of existing deposit and loan accounts. Oversee
operations for Shared Branching Outlet services. Responds
to member requests, problems, and complaints. Requires previous
supervisory experience and strong communication and service
skills.
Schedule: Works Saturdays (9 am to 1 pm) with one day off during the week Monday through Friday.
Business Development Director
Reports to VP Marketing
Partial Summary – MemberSource is looking for an outgoing,
enthusiastic communicator to be responsible for the development
of new and existing business relationships that result in
new members and increased market growth. Work involves identifying,
initiating and developing relationships with companies and
their employees within our field of membership. Promote MemberSource
Credit Union visibility through participation in community
events. Serve as primary liaison and contact for Select Employee
Groups. Communicate effectively in all business dealings to
present a positive credit union image. Must be self motivated,
flexible and able to prioritize. Previous business development
experience preferred.
Financial Service Representative- Galleria
Office
Reports to Branch Manager - Galleria
Hours - M - F, 8 am - 5 pm; Saturday hours once a month on
average.
Partial Summary - Looking for service focused individual who
will investigate to educate members in the process of opening
new accounts and taking loan applications. Sell targeted products
and services by matching benefits to member needs and review
additional membership opportunities at the time of each interaction.
Specific duties include opening new accounts, taking loan
requests, closing and booking loans, updating member records,
establishing IRA and term share accounts and opening Safe
Deposit boxes.
