Card Services Analyst - Westchase Office
Reports to Card & Support Services Supervisor
Partial Summary – Responsible for assisting members by phone
with plastic card issues, posting and balancing of credit
card transactions, non-member cash advance processing, post
Pulse cross-border fees daily, cardholder dispute processing,
captured card processing, ATM reconciliations, PIX processing
and related general ledger account reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the
ability to assist and resolve member problems/issues.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office & Excel skills.
- Call center experience preferred and experience handling
chargebacks and reconciling transactions a plus.
- Must be able to work Saturdays on average once a month.
Branch Manager - Galleria Office
Reports to Vice President – Branch Operations
Partial Summary – Responsible for the management of a full
service community credit union branch office with shared branch
services. Provides leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching
to ensure that staff meet and exceed member service standards
and goals. Participates in business development activities
to further the credit union’s strategic plan. Achieves individual
and branch sales goals of targeted products and services.
Responsible for loan origination, processing, and closing
of loans upon receiving underwriting decision. Requires ability
to build and preserve member relationships by ensuring that
prompt attention is given to offer solutions to meet members’
needs. Schedule staff to ensure quality member service. Conduct
branch meetings regularly and ensure compliance with all credit
union policies and procedures, regulations, and internal controls.
Saturday rotation once a month on average.
Marketing Assistant
Reports to VP Marketing
Partial Summary - Provide support to the Vice President of Marketing by assisting in performing various clerical marketing functions. Responsibilities include assisting with preparation and distribution of all marketing, member education materials and signage throughout each credit union location, acting as marketing department liaison with printers, vendors and mail houses including coordination of shipments and deliveries of marketing/advertising materials, and assisting with staff communications and education of MemberSource’s products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and computer skills. Marketing, professional writing and/or design experience a plus.
