Please be patient as we experience longer wait times than usual. We have structured our staff on opposite work schedules to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and to contain the risk of exposure. We will provide the same level of service to you as we are providing to other members.
Westchase lobby and drive thru are currently open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. The Sugar Land branch is open the same hours. The Woodlands branch lobby is open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. The branch inside Enbridge is temporarily closed until the building reopens.
In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, we encourage you to utilize all of our other business avenues other than visiting our lobby. Most normal teller transactions can be completed in the drive thru. We also ask that if you must conduct in-person visits, please only allow the person doing the transaction to enter the branch. Additionally, we are practicing social distancing within our offices and will ask you to step back and maintain the suggested 6 ft separation.
Most of your financial transactions and needs can be met using our digital financial products and services. These include online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture (deposit of a check), surcharge-free Allpoint ATM Network, and online loan application and closing. If you are not currently set up with a service, contact us and we will gladly assist you and walk you through the steps.
COVID-19 Financial Relief Offers
MemberSource is offering several options for those negatively affected financially because of COVID-19. Please note that interest will still accrue during the extension or deferment periods and that your loan must be current in order to be eligible. Other criteria may also apply.
Loan Extension - loan payment extensions are available by request on eligible loans. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 713.627.4000 to verify eligibility and to have the documents sent to you. This can be done electronically so you do not have to leave your home.
Credit Card Payment Deferment - MemberSource is automatically granting a two month payment deferment on your MSCU Visa payment. Please refer to your individual account statement. The amount due field will show $0.00 for 2 subsequent months. You may continue to make your payment if you do not wish to skip.
Line of Credit Payment Deferment - MemberSource is also automatically granting a two month payment deferment on your Line of Credit loan. The May and June payment due field will show $0.00. You may continue to make your payment if you do not wish to skip.
Member Home Loan Mortgage Loans - If your mortgage was processed by Member Home Loan, please contact them directly at 832.912.2151 to learn how you may be eligible to defer your mortgage payment.
