Technology Upgrade Information - April 25th-29th
To ensure a smooth transition during our Technology Upgrade April 25th - 29th, we've put together all of the information you may need in one convenient place. Whether you're an Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay or Quicken user, the information on this page should assist you in making the change once the upgrade is complete.
Remember: After the conversion, the first time you log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking you will use the same Member Log In you had previously. For the Password, you will use THE LAST SIX DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as a temporary password. You will be asked to indicate a new password immediately. A big enhancement you will immediately notice is that you will be able to see all of the accounts on which you are the Primary or Joint owner. You will no longer need a separate log in for separate member numbers.
With a little preparation, the downtime period should not affect day to day account activity. April 24th will be the last day to complete transactions in Home Banking or to schedule payments through Bill Pay. Electronic services will be down starting April 25th and will be available again on April 29th. Bills scheduled to pay during this time will pay as normal. If you have automatic transfers set up to occur during this time, those will not process. You will need to either contact us to make the transfer or schedule it on or before April 24th. You will also need to set up those transfers again after the conversion. If you need to make transfers or other account transactions during the down time, you may contact Member Service Center by phone at 713.627.4000 for assistance during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. The branch offices will be open regular business hours with Westchase and Sugar Land branches open normal business hours on Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Be assured that your MemberSource debit card will continue to work uninterrupted during this downtime and any automatic deposits such as payroll will process as well. You may review online activity during the downtime, but you will not be able to complete a transaction such as a transfer or loan payment.
The existing mobile banking app will no longer function after the upgrade. A brand new free app will be available to download from the App Store or Google Play on April 29th. Search MemberSource CU to locate it. The app design is our blue and green logo on a white background. Whether you use a smart phone or tablet, the app will convert to the specific device.
For your convenience, we've added conversion instructions for various Quicken and Quickbook products. Please click on the link that pertains to your particular product and follow the instructions to ensure your information is carried over. Per Quicken processes, although you will be able to convert your information and go through the steps in the links below, you will be unable to reconnect until approximately Monday, May 6th.
