Financial Analyst
Reports to Vice President, Accounting - Westchase
Partial Summary: Develop, interpret, and implement complex financial accounting concepts. Duties and responsibilities include preparing the following: Call Reports, financial reports, ALCO reports, NIAS reports, and daily cash flows. The Financial Analyst maintains the investment portfolio, prepaids, F&E and investment subsidiaries. Prepare daily bank reconcilement and make various movements of funds to ensure the proper funding of operating accounts. Provide backup support for the accounting department as needed, including processing of incoming and outgoing wires, and posting ACH.
Requirements: Individual must have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Must be detail oriented, accurate and complete tasks in a timely manner. Work well in a team environment and communicate professionally with credit union partners, vendors and coworkers.
A Bachelors degree with credit union accounting experience is required.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Member Service Representative - Westchase
Reports to Member Services Manager
Partial Summary: Service focused individual to accommodate member needs in the Call Center regarding account services and loan applications. Assists members with online banking issues and responds to email requests. Cross sells MemberSource products and services. Perform research on accounts. Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Requires critical thinking and effective communication skills, and the ability to resolve member issues.
Call Center and/or extensive customer service experience and bilingual Spanish is required. Previous financial institution experience preferred. Must be proficient in a Windows based environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; every other Saturday from 8:45 am - 1:15 pm
