Consumer Lending Manager - Full Time, Westchase Office
Reports to Chief Lending Officer
The ideal candidate is comfortable leading an established team and is enthusiastic, motivational, and influential. He/She is passionate about leading an effective team, excels at thinking outside the box, and thrives on process improvement through coaching and support. Must be focused on loan growth and member service.
Partial Summary: Oversees the performance and delivery of all consumer loans, manages lending activities to ensure appropriate coverage, efficiencies and quality of service, develops and recommends consumer loan programs, works in tandem with Chief Lending Officer and Marketing to strategically plan product campaigns, regularly reviews loan approvals and denials for soundness of decisions and Loan Officer development, acts as senior loan underwriter when appropriate, increases loan production, product and service sales and reduces errors in loan documentation through training and coaching, and resolves escalated issues and member complaints effectively.
Requires minimum 5 years of recent and relevant experience in consumer lending and two years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are needed. Comfort with utilizing various evolving software systems and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Collector - Full Time, Westchase Office
Reports to Collections Manager
Partial Summary: Contact members on past due accounts utilizing various communication methods. Negotiate payment options and arrangements as circumstances indicate in order to reduce delinquency and losses to the credit union. Make effective use of collection tools. Maintain precise documentation in accordance with credit union policy and objectives. Handle incoming calls from member to resolve payment issues. Prepare repossession files and initiate extensions and amended agreements within prescribed guidelines to assist members in resolving delinquency and avoiding repossession. Skip trace accounts, as needed, and recommend attorney assignments and charge offs to Collections Manager.
Requirements: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. This position requires strong verbal and written communication to uphold a professional image of the credit union. Ability to navigate between multiple systems in gathering and relaying information, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years collections experience with working knowledge of consumer finance collection laws and Bankruptcy regulations. Basic understanding of loan contracts including APR, amortization schedules, and simple interest calculations. Ability to work independently and maintain a strong level of self-motivation that focuses on results. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Member Services Representative - Full Time, Westchase Office
Reports to Member Services Manager
Partial Summary: Service-focused individual to accommodate member needs in the Call Center regarding account services and loan applications. Assists members with online banking issues and responds to email requests. Cross-sells MemberSource products and services. Perform research on accounts. Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Requires critical thinking and effective communication skills, and the ability to resolve member issues.
Call Center and/or extensive customer service experience required. Previous financial institution experience preferred. Must be proficient in a Windows based environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and every other Saturday 8:45 am to 1:15 pm
Financial Services Representative I (FSR I) - Full Time, The Woodlands
Reports to Branch Manager
Partial Summary: Direct the flow of traffic in the lobby. Greet members and visitors while providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to all guests. Demonstrate a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Receive and pay out money, and keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions. Cross sells products and services. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required and attention to detail is a must. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm and every other Saturday 8:45 am to 1:15 pm
FSR 1 - Part Time, Westchase Office
Reports to Branch Manager, Westchase

Requires strong communication and service skills. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
Regular weekly hours: Monday - Friday from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:45 am to 1:15 pm
