Reports to Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager, Houston TX
Partial Summary - Direct the flow of traffic in the lobby greeting members and visitors providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to all guests. Demonstrate a positive, friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions. Provide information on all loan types to members and fellow employees. Sells financial products, services and completed applications for loans for members by performing the following duties:
- Determines members' financial needs and prepares documents to provide services such as requests for wire transfers, copies of statements, check copies, ordering checks, processing stop payment requests, payroll allocations, debit card requests, etc.
- Prepares forms or agreement to complete sale.
- Enters new member data and other sales data for current members into database.
- Assists in opening and closing Safe Deposit vault daily including assisting members in opening, closing or accessing a safe deposit box.
- Provides Notary Public service as needed.
- Assists FSR1 as needed.
- Completes the expected level of in-house certifications and training.
- Develops and maintains relationships with members.
Regular weekly hours: Monday-Friday 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, and every other Saturday 8:45 am to 1:15 pm.
