Outbound Processing Representative
Reports to Consumer Lending Manager - Westchase
Partial Summary - Responsible for generating leads, promoting credit union products and driving loan growth through outbound sales calls. Also responsible for loan document processing and providing backup support for title processing and home equity processing. Individual must be motivated, detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality interactions and resolve issues or concerns effectively. Must meet or exceed monthly lead generation and loan volume goals as outlined in the tiered incentive structure and make a minimum of forty outbound calls per day.
Requirements - High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in outbound sales, customer service or telemarketing preferred as well as strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and present information clearly and professionally. Must be proficient in a Microsoft based environment. Prior experience in a financial institution or lending environment and bilingual Spanish a plus.
Regular weekly hours - Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
